  • Gabby O'Neill

    Co-Owner & Technician

    Being in the veterinary field for over 15 years, Gabby understood the need for affordable yet quality vet care. She and Dr. Raymond opened PASC to provide excellent care while keeping surgery costs low . She is passionate about caring for animals and assuring they get the best care possible. Gabby’s love for the vet world started while growing up on a ranch, taking care of  rescue animals that needed extra care and attention.

  • Dr. Linda Pirie, DVM

    Since February of 2025


    Dr. Linda Pirie is a seasoned veterinarian with over 15 years of experience spanning small animal practice, wildlife conservation, aquatic and exotic animal care, and international veterinary outreach. A graduate of UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, she has worked in diverse clinical environments—from fast-paced emergency rooms and rural solo practices to integrative clinics offering Eastern and Western modalities. Her global perspective has been shaped by externships and volunteer work in Peru, South Africa, and across the United States, where she has cared for animals ranging from donkeys and dogs to sea turtles and sturgeon.

  • Fallon B.

    Vet Technician

    Since February of 2022

    Fallon has been in the veterinary field for the past 10 years working closely with her sister Gabby. She was with PASC when we opened our doors and has been a vital team member ever since. She is currently a full time paramedic serving El Dorado County. In her time off she still helps PASC behind the scenes as well as providing her excellent tech skills when needed.

    Head Surgical Vet Technician

    Chloe started with us shortly after we opened. She began with us as an assistant and has grown into a wonderful technician and continues to grow. In her free time she enjoys reading and cuddling with her fur babies. She has a little chihuahua named Hans and three kitties named Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian.

  • Suzie B.

    Dental Technician

    Since March of 2024

    Suzie has been working in the veterinary field for 25 years. She became a registered veterinary technician in 2013 and is an active member of California Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps. Her passions in veterinary medicine are dentistry, anesthesia and pain management. 

    When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with both her human and her fur family.
